✨ About The Role

- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for owning and exceeding all quarterly and annual revenue targets within their assigned territory. - The role involves establishing and growing a high-velocity pipeline, focusing on hunting, closing, and nurturing customers. - The candidate will educate C-suite leaders from various sectors, including technology, data, learning & development, and talent. - Accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis is a key responsibility, requiring strong analytical skills. - A consultative approach is necessary, guiding senior executives through the sales process to build long-term relationships. - The role includes attending networking events and trade shows, both live and virtual, to expand the company's reach. - The candidate will act as the primary customer contact throughout their lifecycle, identifying and executing on expansion opportunities. - Achieving and exceeding all sales quotas is a critical expectation for this position.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals and nurture customer relationships. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, with a focus on a customer-centric approach to sales. - A proven track record of selling enterprise software to large and complex accounts, particularly with an average ACV of over $100k, is required. - The candidate should have experience managing complex sales cycles that last 6 months or longer, showcasing their ability to navigate lengthy processes. - Experience selling at the C-Level, especially to CTOs, CIOs, CLOs, and CDOs, is crucial for success in this role. - A strong desire for success, motivation, and a hunter mentality are key traits that will help the candidate thrive in this fast-paced environment. - The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is important for achieving results. - Familiarity with MEDDPIC and proficiency in utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT will be advantageous.
