Intern - Sales Enablement Design
The Intern - Sales Enablement Design contributes to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives focused on sales training materials. You will design and develop instructional content, ensuring it is visually appealing and effectively meets learning objectives.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to the Creative Operations team on creative and enablement projects
- Assist with Highspot clean-up and audits of lessons, courses, and learning paths to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Produce effective sales training materials that meet audience goals and objectives
- Design and develop instructional content using a variety of creative tools with supervision as needed
- Edit video, audio, and visual content for use in training and sales enablement materials. Consult with stakeholders from pre-production through post-production to align content with learning objectives
- Support content organization and updates within the LMS and Highspot, tracking progress and usability
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related program, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
- The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- A portfolio or examples of your work you can showcase to our team
- Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator)
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
- Minimal travel
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
Sponsorship Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
Timeline
