As an Account Executive II, you'll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value aviation clients, delivering exceptional service and driving growth across our global operations.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Relationship: Be the primary point of contact for a select group of top-tier clients, building trust and delivering personalized support.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure every trip is executed flawlessly, from planning to post-flight follow-up.
• Be the Expert: Provide consultative guidance on our full suite of Trip Support services, including flight planning, permits, fuel, and ground handling.
• Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand service usage and deepen client engagement.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work cross-functionally with operations teams and lead presentations to clients as needed.
• Stay Available: Provide after-hours and weekend support when required to ensure seamless service.
• Travel Smart: Occasionally travel to meet clients and represent World Fuel Services at industry events.

What You Bring:

• Industry Expertise: 5–15 years in aviation operations or trip support (or equivalent experience).
• Customer Focus: Proven success in client retention, issue resolution, and relationship management.
• Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and international logistics.
• Communication Skills: Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive—especially under pressure.
• Team Player: Works well across departments and levels, with a collaborative mindset.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 25% travel, including international trips as needed—planned or on short notice.
