What You'll Do

  • Lead with Strategy : Execute go-to-market strategies to identify and pursue high-impact business opportunities.
  • Drive Growth : Manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop new leads, and close deals that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with subject matter experts, client managers, and marketing to craft compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Own the Sales Cycle : From prospecting to presentations and negotiations, you'll guide clients through every stage of the journey.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve : Monitor market trends, anticipate client needs, and propose innovative energy and sustainability solutions.
  • Represent World Kinect : Attend industry conferences, build relationships, and expand our market presence.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Sustainability—or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of proven success in energy management, renewable energy, or sustainability sales.
  • Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • A strong understanding of electricity, natural gas, and sustainability markets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and pipeline management.
