Advanced Inside Sales Representative

Hybrid role out of any of our office locations. As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, you bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling the most complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
  • Processing and managing high-impact customer orders.
  • Maintaining and updating detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Qualifying and prioritizing sales leads with strategic potential.
  • Recording, analyzing, and reporting on detailed sales activities and trends.
  • Developing and presenting comprehensive sales quotes and proposals.
  • Resolving highly complex customer issues with products and services.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments for large-scale orders.
  • Implementing strategic sales initiatives and projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior associates and peers.

Skills required include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or 3+ years of inside business-to-business sales or account management experience; preferably selling complex professional services.
  • Strategic Customer Service Orientation: Handle intricate and strategic customer needs.
  • Strategic Sales Techniques: Develop and execute specialized sales strategies.
  • Professional Communication Skills: High-level, nuanced communication.
  • Expert CRM Use: Advanced proficiency with CRM tools.

  • Refined Attention to Detail: Unmatched accuracy and precision.
  • Analytical Data Interpretation: Skilled at analyzing and interpreting complex sales data.
