We are seeking an experienced account manager to manage our inside sales customers and Lead Generation program across all business units. This role is critical in nurturing and following up on inbound leads generated from various channels, including website traffic and trade shows. The ideal candidate will excel in addressing and resolving queries from both potential and existing customers, selling new accounts, upgrading and cross-selling existing accounts, renewing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service and support that contributing significantly to our business growth.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/technology/chemical engineering, business, or a related field. • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical roles, within in the plastics and chemical industry and advantage • Software Proficiency: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. • CRM Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an asset. • Technical Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of plastics and chemical products and their applications preferred • Exceptional telephone communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to internal and external contacts. • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of analytical and statistical concepts. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Proven project management capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft applications. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and networks. • Creative and innovative mindset, with a strong problem-solving ability. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. • High level of professionalism, with good judgment and decision-making skills.
The salary range for this position is $75,600 - $94,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
