In this position, the Ford Pro Solutions team is seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate professional to tell the Ford Pro story to potential customers. The Universal Solutions Sales Manager will be a subject matter expert on Ford Pro's ancillary product portfolio and will be responsible for facilitating sales demos and training for channel sales partners including Ford Dealerships. These products primarily include Ford Pro Intelligence's software, charging equipment, and productivity solutions. Successful candidates will combine software expertise and empathy for the end user to attract clients and develop the software solution to its maximum potential. Additionally, ideal candidates will be relationship builders and partner with Ford Dealership personnel to drive additional sales activity and develop the dealership channel. Universal Solutions Sales Managers will be passionate about software features and sell their benefits, with the goal of meeting customer needs and enhancing the stickiness of Ford Pro vehicles and ancillary services.
