About The Role

The Account Executive will focus on selling into the Upper Enterprise space on the Manufacturing Team. A successful candidate will use consultative selling skills to understand prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for Customer Expansion and Net-New logo sales for global companies with 15K+ employees. THIS IS A HUNTER ROLE.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C-level executives. Workforce Management/HRMS/Payroll experience is a strong plus.
  • Consistently exceed a $4 Million+ quota.
  • 3+ years of experience selling complex deals over $800K in ARR.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch.
  • Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process, including internal business partners and executive engagement.

Pay Transparency: The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
