Job Description

Technical Support and Repair Execution

• Responsible for the daily maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of new energy vehicles.
• Responsible for the testing and repair of the "three-electric systems" (battery, motor, and electronic control system).
• Guide and supervise local technicians to complete standardized repair operations, ensuring repair quality meets company requirements.

Technical Training and Knowledge Transfer

• Develop and implement training plans for overseas technicians (repair processes, diagnostic procedures, battery module replacement, etc.).
• Regularly organize training and assessments to improve the technical level of the overseas team.

Assist in Building the After-Sales Service System

• Assist the After-Sales Director in establishing standardized after-sales processes (vehicle reception, diagnosis, quotation, repair, vehicle delivery).
• Compile common fault cases into a technical database.

Parts and Resource Management

• Guide the rational use of parts and participate in the initial parts list and inventory strategy development.
• Assist in evaluating the procurement channels for battery modules and repair parts to ensure stable supply.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of technical service experience in the automotive industry, with experience in the new energy vehicle industry preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting automotive mechanical, electrical, electronic control, and new energy vehicle malfunctions, and capable of developing comprehensive repair solutions for each problem.
• Familiar with Mexican user behavior and local social media platforms.
• Fluent in Spanish; English or Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Possesses cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
