About the Position

This opportunity is for the commercial area of Infomoney, which has the mission of connecting companies and advertising agencies to the advertising products and projects developed by the Infomoney team. This is a team passionate about communication, business, and investments. You can do very well if you like to find the best solution for clients, even if it does not exist (yet) in the portfolio!

Main responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with the advertising market, companies, marketing departments, and advertising agencies to listen to client needs and seek solutions;
  • Maintain the management of your client portfolio following performance indicators;
  • Work together with the Products area to develop new formats.

For this position, it is essential:

  • Organization and process orientation;
  • High performance history with sales in media vehicles and advertising agencies;
  • Knowledge of the online advertising market;
  • Autonomy, self-management, and proactivity;
  • Interest in economics and business.

You can stand out if:

  • You have experience with online content production.

Stages of the Process

  1. Initial screening: Analysis of the curriculum to verify adequacy to the qualifications and requirements of the position.

  2. General tests: Evaluation of cultural alignment with the Mindsight test and logical reasoning test of the Predictive Index.

  3. Video interview: An opportunity to get to know each other better and understand your motivations and experiences.

  4. Interview with the Recruitment team: Discussion about expectations regarding the position and professional goals.

  5. Technical assessment: [Interview/dynamic/test] focused on the specific skills required for the position.

  6. Interview with leadership: A conversation to discuss your vision and how you can contribute to the team and the company.

  7. Interview with colleagues: Interaction with future peers to evaluate synergy and teamwork.

  8. Culture-focused interview: Exploration of the company's values and principles to ensure a good cultural fit.

  9. Offer: Presentation of the job proposal, including details about remuneration and benefits.
