We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to be responsible for building and coaching a high-performing team to generate qualified pipelines, drive outbound outreach initiatives, and scale go-to-market success within targeted territories. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs and AEs to consistently meet performance goals.
  • Oversee pipeline generation—ensuring robust outbound and inbound lead flow for Sales Development Representative.
  • Provide hands-on training to the Sales team (live training, role playing, call monitoring and joint selling)
  • Implement data-driven performance metrics (calls, booked demos, conversion rates) and monitor pipeline health.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to align on messaging, target account strategy, and lead handoff processes.
  • Drive hiring efforts across SDR roles—participate in recruiting, interviews, and performance onboarding.
  • Foster career development and growth pathways toward Account Executive roles.
  • Leverage consistent training methodologies, including call coaching and role-plays.
  • Maintain and enforce CRM best practices, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce (or equivalent platform).
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity

This role has a base salary pay range of $90,000 - $110,000 USD.

This position is eligible for a commission plan.

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
