We work to provide our customers with the best shopping experience in sports and outdoor activities, working together as a team to achieve our common goals! We divide the areas in our warehouse into the following departments: Sport, Running and Training - Children and Leisure - Hunting and Wilderness - Ski and Bicycle - Workshop - Warehouse and Logistics - Cash Register.

We are looking for a new salesperson to work across our departments, in a crossales role. In the role of salesperson, your main purpose is to ensure that customers have a great customer experience, the help they need and are satisfied when they leave the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right products
• Pack and place goods, and help keep the departments tidy
• Contribute to the training of fellow colleagues
• Practice XXL's operational standards and follow current routines and guidelines

To succeed in the position we believe that you:

• Are motivated by creating great customer experiences
• Have an interest in sports and outdoor life, and for the products we sell
• Have good collaboration skills and work to achieve the team's common goals
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Are self-motivated and take initiative
• Master Norwegian or a Scandinavian language, written and spoken
