Now you have the opportunity to become part of our skilled team at XXL Mo i Rana! We work to provide our customers with the best shopping experience in sports and outdoor activities, working together as a team to achieve our common goals! We divide the areas in our warehouse into the following departments: Sports, Running and Training - Children and Leisure - Hunting and Wilderness - Skiing and Cycling - Workshop - Warehouse and Logistics - Cash Register.

We are looking for a new salesperson to work across our departments in a cross-sales role. In this position as a salesperson, your main purpose is to ensure customers have a great customer experience, the help they need, and are satisfied when they leave the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right products
• Pack and place goods, and help keep the departments tidy
• Contribute to the training of fellow colleagues
• Practice XXL’s operational standards and follow the current routines and guidelines
