We divide the areas in our warehouse into the following departments: Sport, Running and Training - Children and Leisure - Hunting and Wilderness - Skiing and Cycling - Workshop - Warehouse and Logistics - Cash Register.

We are looking for a new salesperson to work across our departments in a cross-sales role. In the role of salesperson, your main purpose is to ensure customers have a great shopping experience, the help they need, and are satisfied when they leave the store.

Position size is 10-20%.

We are also looking for a salesperson in the wilderness department. Basic knowledge of weapons/ammunition is desired here.

Job Duties:

• Help customers find the right products
• Pack and place items, and help keep the departments tidy
• Contribute to the training of colleagues
• Practice XXL's operational standards and follow current routines and guidelines
