Crossales Seller Position

We work to provide our customers with the best shopping experience in sports and outdoor activities, and we work together as a team to achieve our common goals! We divide the areas in our warehouse into the following departments: Sports, Running and Training - Children and Leisure - Hunting and Wilderness - Skiing and Cycling - Workshop - Warehouse and Logistics - Cashier.

We are looking for a new seller to work across our departments in a crossales role. In this position, your main purpose is to ensure customers have a great shopping experience, the help they need, and are satisfied when they leave the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right products
• Pack and place items, and help keep the departments tidy
• Contribute to training of fellow colleagues
• Practice XXL’s operational standards and follow current routines and guidelines
