Team Sales Representative

As a Team Sales Representative, you will have a central role in developing sales and building strong, long-term customer relationships locally. You will identify new opportunities, follow up on existing customers, and ensure a professional and seamless customer experience all the way from the first meeting to delivery and further cooperation.

This is a role for you if you like being out with customers, building trust, and driving processes forward.

We are open to where in the country you live, but we believe you live near Oslo, Bergen, or Trondheim.

Work duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers within clubs, associations, and businesses
  • Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, and presentations
  • Develop offers and solutions together with Team Sales Manager and Backoffice
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Supplier contact
  • Map the market in your district and identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with the store, logistics, and marketing department to ensure smooth delivery

Who are we looking for?

You are a relationship builder with commercial acumen and high execution ability. You thrive with responsibility, work structured, and are motivated by creating results.

We believe you have:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (preferably B2B, sports, or retail)
  • Experience with relationship-based sales and customer follow-up
  • Good commercial understanding and sales drive
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Fluent language skills in at least one Nordic language and English
  • A driver’s license, and thrive with a role that has some travel activity
