Sales Management

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for pumps, treatment systems, and digital solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.

Drive growth in both new equipment sales and aftermarket opportunities (spare parts, maintenance contracts, upgrades, digital services).

Lead key account management and identify new business opportunities in municipal and industrial segments.

Service Management

Oversee service operations including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Ensure service team delivers on-time, high-quality support that strengthens customer loyalty.

Manage service contracts, warranty claims, and emergency support.

Drive continuous improvement in service processes, customer response times, and technical training.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and develop a team of sales engineers, service engineers, and technicians.

Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, product management, and supply chain to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback to management and product teams.
