Job Summary

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading the field sales team to achieve long-term goals and expand into new markets. They develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. The Manager also oversees the recruitment, training, and performance of the sales team, and provides strategic guidance to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the water industry and sales processes.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 5 years experience, with at least 2 years experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Planning and Scheduling, Budgeting, Resource Allocation, End-to-end Project Management.
