Responsibilities

Sales: Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients and distributors; identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities; achieving and exceeding sales targets; negotiating and finalizing sales transactions.

Customer Relationship Management: Providing excellent customer service and support; resolving any customer issues; building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers; conducting regular follow-up and check-in with customers.

Market Research and Analysis: Tracking industry trends and competitor activities; collecting and analyzing market data to identify potential leads; conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities; reporting market trends and competitor activities to direct supervisor.

Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products and services; communicating product features and benefits to potential and existing customers; training and educating customers on product applications and best practices.

Territory Management: Developing and implementing a strategic territory plan; managing and prioritizing sales activities in the assigned territory; monitoring sales performance and providing reports to management; collaborating with other members of the sales team to maximize territory reach and sales opportunities.
