The role:
The Sales Support Junior supports the sales force in activities of generating new contacts and developing commercial opportunities. The role involves active search for potential customers, first contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, websites or other channels, lead qualification, and scheduling appointments for area sellers. Once the meeting is set, the candidate will accompany the seller on visits for a proper handover. The activity is mainly back office and daily prospecting, with a focus on lead generation, market research, and operational support to the sales team. The target market is initially the OEM sector in Italy with particular attention to regions located geographically in the North: Piedmont, Lombardy, Triveneto, and Emilia Romagna. Subsequent possible interaction with foreign countries such as France and Iberia.
