What will you do?

In this role, you will support the Inside Sales team and play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Process and manage customer orders in the ERP system, and follow up until invoicing
• Support in preparing and following up on quotes and commercial proposals
• Ensure correct and up-to-date registration of customer and sales data in CRM and other systems
• Act as a point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, with clear and proactive communication
• Answer questions, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to appropriate solutions
• Support with reporting, mailbox management, and customer-oriented activities
• Ensure structured administration and correct archiving of documents
• Work closely with different departments to ensure an optimal customer journey
