About The Role

With over 500+ fundamental investor clients, we are now expanding our footprint into the quantitative investment space. We're launching new data feeds tailored to systematic strategies and we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead our growth in this vertical. This individual will play a pivotal role in introducing YipitData's alternative data feed products to quantitative hedge funds and other systematic investment firms.

You will own the full sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. This is primarily a new business (hunting) role, ideal for someone who thrives on building new relationships and breaking into complex, data-driven markets.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a primary driver of revenue growth by selling YipitData's feed products into quantitative and systematic investment funds.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and your existing network.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to tailor solutions that address clients' specific data needs.
  • Manage the complete sales process—from prospecting to contract execution—ensuring exceptional client experience.
  • Represent YipitData at relevant conferences, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen our presence in the quant community.

You Are Likely To Succeed If You:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in financial data sales, with a proven track record selling to quantitative hedge funds or asset managers.
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding quota and successfully introducing complex or technical data products to new clients.
  • Leverage your network within the quant and systematic community to build pipeline.
  • Are resourceful, resilient, and energized by the challenge of opening new doors.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by team and company success, not just individual achievement.

The annual OTE (on-target earnings) for this position is anticipated to be $300K (with a base of $150K). The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.

The compensation package also includes equity.
