Senior Agile Sales Enablement Specialist

The Senior Agile Sales Enablement Specialist is a highly experienced, independent contributor responsible for the end-to-end ownership, design, and execution of high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance across multiple business units. This role is the bridge between strategic planning and localized execution, focusing on leading cross-functional projects, ensuring initiatives are scalable, repeatable (60% goal), and aligned with broad business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full project lifecycle for medium-to-large scale enablement initiatives, across one of two business functions (e.g., core skill reinforcement, product launches). Define clear success metrics and ROI for all assigned programs, utilizing the Kirkpatrick Model (Levels 1-4) to rigorously track, analyze, and report on effectiveness and business impact to stakeholders.

Drive operational excellence by identifying, documenting, and implementing scalable processes and best practices established during project execution across different sales teams.

Conduct deep data analysis (leveraging BI tools, CRM data, and conversational intelligence) to diagnose complex, yet generally defined, performance gaps (e.g., poor pipeline hygiene, low forecast accuracy).

Build and maintain conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Cresta), leveraging AI to enhance enablement content or diagnosis.

Proactively translate diagnostic findings into a targeted enablement roadmap and recommend solutions that address the root cause of performance issues.

Use data to create project-specific reports that effectively communicate value and influence cross-functional peers to align on priorities.

Design, develop, and deliver original, high-quality enablement content (advanced workshops, multi-module e-learning, structured coaching guides) 60% repeatable and scalable content creation across various sales audiences and regions.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your supported business, tailoring program execution to the nuances of supported sales teams.

Expertly facilitate complex, large-group training sessions and specialized skill-building workshops.

Act as the primary enablement point of contact and project driver across critical stakeholders (e.g., Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Readiness) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of project milestones.

Create and execute formal change management plans for specific initiatives, managing communication streams and ensuring sustained adoption across all impacted sales groups.

Influence peers and functional leaders to gain project buy-in and resource alignment, ensuring successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Training & Development, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in leading the full lifecycle of complex enablement projects with measurable business results. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proven experience managing complex, cross-functional stakeholder relationships and driving alignment without formal authority. Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable training content and programs. Strong analytical ability to define metrics, diagnose complex problems, and demonstrate the ROI of enablement initiatives.

Preferred: Direct experience building and maintaining conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus) and leveraging AI to enhance enablement content or diagnosis. Experience with a major CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
