We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with deep expertise in contact center technologies and CX suites, preferably Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS. This sales specialist role will play a key part in driving awareness and sales of Zendesk's CcaaS platform, Zendesk for Contact Center for the SMB segment in Europe. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, have deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, be able to operate autonomously, have strong communication skills, sharp analytical abilities and a willingness to work cooperatively across the different teams at Zendesk.
