Sales Development Specialist

About the Role

As Sales Development Specialist (IC2), you will join our growing SDR team with your experience in outbound sales. You will not only handle your own prospecting and scheduling tasks but also actively support your colleagues in onboarding, coaching, and quality assurance. This is an experienced individual contributor role without direct personnel responsibility, where your impact comes from being a role model, providing expert guidance, executing projects, and achieving operational excellence.

Your Tasks

  • Independently conduct outbound activities (phone calls, email campaigns, social selling)
  • Provide technical support to new and existing SDRs, including shadowing and feedback
  • Participate in, coordinate, and implement campaigns and internal projects
  • Ensure and monitor data quality in the CRM
  • Analyze KPIs and identify patterns for performance optimization

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in outbound sales or SDR environment (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record in appointment setting and pipeline building
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills
  • Strong drive and ability to independently lead projects to success
  • High ambition and motivation to exceed goals
  • Structured, analytical working style with high self-motivation
  • Proficient use of CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in German and English
