✨ About The Role

- The Sales Development Representative at Zenoti is responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads through market research, cold calling, and other lead generation tools - This role involves working with the sales and lead generation teams to source new sales opportunities, perform inbound lead follow-up, and outbound prospecting/cold calling - The Sales Development Representative will create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs, researching accounts, and building relationships with key decision-makers - They will also maintain and expand a database of prospects, team with channel partners to build sales pipeline, and assess, qualify, and transfer leads to the appropriate Account Executive for a formal sales presentation

⚡ Requirements

- Proven experience in Inside Sales, sales, or lead generation with a strong phone presence and experience dialing a high volume of calls per day - Ability to understand customer needs and requirements, build relationships with key decision-makers, and generate interest - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and compellingly - Business acumen to grasp the landscape of opportunities and the needs of prospective customers - Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and independently
