✨ About The Role
- The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads through market research, cold calling, and other lead generation tools
- This role involves working with the sales and lead generation teams to source new sales opportunities and create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
- The Sales Development Representative will research accounts, identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, and actively pursue existing leads
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure successful connections with prospective customers is a key aspect of this role
- The Sales Development Representative will also help process leads from mailer campaigns, marketing efforts, trade shows, and other events

- Proven experience in Inside Sales, sales, or lead generation with a strong phone presence and experience dialing a high volume of calls per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building relationships with key decision-makers and generating interest
- Business acumen is required to understand customer needs and the landscape of the opportunity
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and compellingly is crucial for success in this role
- Experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry is a plus
