Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with deep knowledge of QSR and CPG clients to accelerate revenue through strategic agency relationships. In this role your focus will be selling social-first video solutions—with a focus on CPV custom and branded video campaigns.

While this is primarily an individual contributor role, you'll also act as a strategic lead for a dedicated sales "pod," consisting of an Account Executive (direct report), Account Manager, and Media Planner (dotted-line reports). It's a perfect role for a seller who thrives on winning business and is looking to step into team leadership and strategic ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Solution Selling: Present high-impact, social-first video advertising solutions that align with brand goals and campaign KPIs. Leverage our CPV model and robust first-party data to craft compelling, results-driven narratives.
  • Drive Revenue: Own and exceed your sales targets by prospecting, pitching, and closing new business from advertising agencies focused on QSR and CPG brands.
  • Lead Your Pod: Guide a cross-functional team (AE, AM, Media Planner) responsible for executing your vision and growing your client portfolio.
  • Deepen Relationships: Build and sustain strong, long-term partnerships with key agency stakeholders.
  • Market Thought Leader: Stay ahead of trends in digital video, branded content, social media platforms, and consumer behavior—especially within the QSR and CPG verticals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing, Content Creators, Social, and Product teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and campaign performance.
  • Forecast & Negotiate: Manage a clean pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and negotiate contracts that deliver win-win outcomes for clients and the business.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a focus on social-first video advertising, and custom content.
  • A proven track record of selling into advertising agencies, ideally those working with QSR and/or CPG clients.
  • Strong understanding of performance media KPIs (CPV) and how to sell creative-led solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • A "player-coach" mentality—excelling at hands-on sales while mentoring and guiding others toward success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for translating data into persuasive stories.
  • Confidence using Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to track pipeline, build proposals, and analyze performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An existing network of contacts within QSR and CPG-focused media agencies.
  • Experience with CPV or other performance-based video models.
  • Familiarity with video ad tech platforms and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of social media monetization, including sponsored posts, paid partnerships, or native video integrations.
