- Proactively prospect for new customers through various channels such as email, social media, cold-calling, and events
- Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Customer Success, and SDRs to generate sales pipeline
- Utilize a solution selling approach to help customers identify and address their business problems with Zilliz's value proposition
- Manage the sales process using the MEDDIC sales methodology and engage existing customers to drive product adoption
- Evangelize the value of Zilliz and its key differentiators to help customers quantify the impact on their business priorities

- Experienced sales professional with a track record of exceeding quotas in SaaS/PaaS or Big Data companies
- Ability to navigate within a fast-growing organization and work effectively in an early-stage company environment
- Strong relationships with CIOs and executive decision-makers, particularly in cloud/digital native companies and AI startups
- Demonstrated success in selling high-value deals ($250K+ ACV) and driving product adoption
- High emotional intelligence to collaborate effectively with teammates and customers
