Carry out the promotion and sale of the assigned product line, according to Biomet's commercial policy, maintaining and increasing the customer portfolio.

Assists the BU Director in the formulation of yearly and quarterly budgets
Ensures that regional sales & gross margin targets are achieved
Supervises and implements the strategies decided upon and to ensure that the highest professional standards of behavior and performance are maintained by the sales force
Travels in the field on a regular basis with each Sales Team member to assess performance and training needs
