What You Can Expect

Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales quota, as well as achieving strategic objectives of positioning and generating new business defined with the assigned accounts and territory.

How You'll Create Impact

Plan maintenance visits and visits to potential or new clients, as well as perform post-visit and follow-up analysis.

Know and manage the surgical techniques of all products.

Provide attention, presentation and promotion of products to clients and Distributors.

Have knowledge of the potential of accounts and use of resources to develop new clients and business partners.

Analyze market potential and territory to determine the value of current clients or new prospects and achieve product positioning.

Plan, coordinate and execute education plans and events or workshops that add value and generate growth.

Provide advice and support to Health Professionals for the correct use of technology and its successful planning and execution.

Interact with functional areas of the company to find areas of improvement and ensure quality service.

Schedule and follow up on surgeries throughout the pre, trans and post-operative process to ensure timely technical assistance and billing process.

Comply with internal policies on expenses and compliance.
