How You Will Make An Impact

Your actions will be crucial in building the position of our solutions in the market. The person hired for this position will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales goals for RECON segment products,
  • Planning and executing sales activities to meet customer needs,
  • Analyzing customer potential and implementing new technologies,
  • Building, maintaining, and developing long-term relationships with current and new customers,
  • Participating in the preparation of commercial offers and tender procedures,
  • Providing technical support in operating rooms and during training sessions,
  • Closely collaborating with supporting teams (logistics, inventory, compliance),
  • Continuously expanding product, clinical, and operational knowledge,
  • Representing the company at educational and marketing events (congresses, conferences, training, events).

Your commitment and proactive attitude will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the long-term success of the team.

What Sets You Apart

We are looking for someone who combines sales experience with strong communication skills and a partnership approach to collaboration. We particularly value individuals who:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of sales experience (experience in the medical industry is desirable),
  • Can accurately analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions,
  • Know the rules and procedures of tendering,
  • Freely present solutions and conduct business negotiations,
  • Know sales techniques and can work with data,
  • Use English at a communicative level,
  • Efficiently use Microsoft Office,
  • Show initiative, independence, and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Your Background

  • Experience in field sales or working with institutional clients,
  • Willingness to work in a clinical environment and adhere to quality and compliance standards,
  • Comfort in working in a dynamic, changing environment,
  • Focus on developing and learning new medical technologies.

Travel Expectations

The area of operation covers the Masovian Voivodeship, and field work may constitute up to 80% of the working time. The role involves:

  • Regular business trips within the region (visits to hospitals and clients),
  • Presence in operating rooms and providing technical support to medical teams,
  • Participation in company-organized training and events (also outside the region or online).
