What You Can Expect
You will visit assigned customers in your area daily, ensuring that Zimmer Biomet products are used properly and effectively for patient safety.
You will collaborate with the operational sales team in the area to support logistical activities necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve sales objectives.
You will be responsible for training new customers who use Recon and Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) products.
You will meet healthcare professionals daily during regular visits, using catalogues, presentations, samples, and tools.
How You'll Create Impact
- Sale of our Recon & DTS products to customers
- Develop close relationships with all orthopedic surgeons and stakeholders on the territory
- Adhere divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
- Gather information to meet market needs.
- Train healthcare professionals on surgical techniques through workshops and tools, either independently or in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Provide technical advice in the operating room to healthcare professionals on the correct use of the product and its implementation as well as new robotic technologies.
- Conduct follow-ups on implanted products by contacting the customer to assess proper execution and surgical outcomes.
- Ensure the availability of the necessary materials in operating rooms according to hospitals' surgical schedules.
- Verify with the hospital the proper sterilization of instruments and the correct receipt of ordered implants.
- Collaborate with the entire local team to achieve the assigned annual sales objectives.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience: at least 3 years in the implantable medical devices sector, preferably in orthopaedics, as a Product Specialist / Sales Representative / Agent / Instrument Specialist.
- Understanding of health economic and health policy interrelations
- Strong networking capabilities and sound business and sales acumen to identify, plan and execute on services
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned area.
- Ideally passionate about technology
- Entrepreneurial, target orientation and organizational skills
- Teamwork skills.
- Languages: Fluent French.
