At Zip Water, we are looking for a skilled Specification Manager to join our team. As a Specification Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key specifiers in the construction industry.

This role will be primarily home based with the expectation of travel across the Northern part of the country & further afield to suit business needs.

Your main goal is to increase sales by ensuring that our products are specified for projects. In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to understand their project requirements and provide them with accurate and appropriate specifications for our water solutions.

You will also be responsible for identifying and tracking project opportunities, attending industry events, and actively prospecting new business. To be successful as a Specification Manager, you should have a proven track record in specification sales, preferably in the construction industry.
