ManageEngine Sales Representative

This is a remote position. ManageEngine is the IT management division of Zoho Corporation. With over 280,000 customers across the world, ManageEngine is a recognized leader in the IT management space. To keep up with the demand we are doubling down on our hiring to build a world-class team.

This position is only available in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area.

Job responsibilities:

• Requires extensive travel (50%-75%) within the USA based on customers' needs
• Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFP's as well as the support teams for any customer escalations
• Responsible for the revenue output
• Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST)

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role
• Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts
