What We're Looking For

  • Have 10+ years of successful software sales experience, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing business.
  • Have 5+ years of documented leadership experience, managing a high-performing sales team in Digital Workplace & CX Transformation.
  • Have experience leading a team managing large enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees), with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Have a strong track record of managing full-cycle customer relationships and leading sales teams to success.
  • Have the ability to articulate a SaaS value proposition effectively, from junior stakeholders to senior executives, in both one-on-one and large-scale settings.
  • Motivate teams to achieve high performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Have expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development, and people management.
  • Have a track record of succeeding in high-growth environments with problem-solving skills.
  • Be highly organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.
