- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospects' pain points and identify how the software solutions can address their challenges
- Utilize various prospecting methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and video prospecting to engage with prospects and generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system while continuously improving knowledge of products and industry trends
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market intelligence

- Experience in B2B SaaS sales development with a passion for sales and business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a growth mindset and willingness to make cold calls and engage in video prospecting
- Resilient individual with a player mindset, always striving to grow and develop, and not backing down from challenges
- Coachable and open to feedback, able to conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospects' pain points and offer solutions
- Ideally has experience with sales development tools, proficiency in languages other than English, and knowledge of the ecommerce industry
